Report a user
In the app, open the user profile → three-dot menu → Report user. Select a reason, add a comment and send. A moderator reviews the report; it is not shown to the reported user. You can also contact [email protected].

Support/content reports: [email protected]. Privacy, access, correction and deletion: [email protected]. Include your nickname, version and short description. Never send passwords, codes or tokens.
Sign-in
Use your existing app email/password or nickname and that password. Apple-only accounts can set a MakVinci password in app Settings → Password and sign-in after confirming Apple ID. Apple private relay may hide your real email; we cannot retrieve it or the Apple password. Recovery needs access to the account mailbox and its recovery code.
Progress and cards
Check you are using the same account, then refresh the page. A separately registered email account and an Apple account can be different accounts; contact support before creating more. Cards placed in albums appear inside their album. This website currently offers viewing; opening, inserting/removing and transferring cards remain in the app.
Offline
Downloaded mobile content can work offline. Server confirmation is needed before a visit earns rewards. The website needs a connection for account data; cached images alone do not authorise access.
