Your account
Use accurate details and an email you control; protect your credentials. App and website share one account. Sign in with your email or nickname and MakVinci password. Apple does not provide its password; a separate MakVinci password needs verified access. Do not use others’ accounts, bypass safeguards, spoof visits or manipulate rewards. Report unauthorised access.
Safe exploration
Respect laws, property, opening hours and protected sites. Do not trespass, enter unsafe places or use the app while driving. Place information and illustrated boundaries can be inaccurate and are not official navigation, border or safety advice. Decide safely whether to visit. External map providers have their own terms.
Cards and coins
Cards are digital game collectibles, not NFTs, investments or cash equivalents. Game coins are internal points without cash redemption. Editions, costs and random-outcome probabilities appear in the applicable app flow. This website currently has no card purchases, payment processing or sale listings. Future commercial features require updated terms and applicable platform/consumer compliance.
Content and conduct
Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive or misleading profile content. You retain your own content rights and permit the limited hosting/display needed for the service. MakVinci artwork, branding and software are protected; ordinary personal use and supported sharing are permitted. Report inappropriate content to support, including the nickname and context without unnecessary personal data.
Restrictions, liability and disputes
Proportionate restrictions can address fraud, security abuse or unlawful content; contact support to challenge mistakes. Changes must respect mandatory consumer rights and applicable acquired entitlements. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You can initiate account deletion in the app. Raise disputes at [email protected]. Mandatory local law and competent consumer courts remain available; contractual jurisdiction cannot be finalised until the operator identity and launch markets are confirmed.
