Account deletion
Delete in the app
Open MakVinci Travel → Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Read the permanent-deletion warning and confirm. Linked Apple accounts can need fresh Apple confirmation; follow the app’s revocation instructions. This deletes the account instead of temporarily disabling it. No purchase or cancellation of a game plan is required to request deletion.
What is removed
The process removes the account identity and linked live profile, visits, progress, earned balances, cards and album placements. You lose access to these. Information already shared can remain on recipients’ devices. Limited legally required/security/dispute records and expiring backups follow Privacy policy. Uninstalling or signing out does not delete your server account.
Without app access
Contact [email protected] with your nickname, account email and deletion request. Never include a password. Ownership will be checked without unnecessary documents. An Apple relay address may be your account email; use the in-app process when possible. Statutory response periods apply. If Apple access could not be revoked automatically, remove MakVinci from Sign in with Apple in your Apple account settings as instructed.
